Set up your account quickly and easily with our Import Address Book function. Use this function to import data from text files directly into your ipipi address book - simple one click procedure. This feature is available under the third tab on the Address Book screen.

Data files must be in CSV (Comma Separated Value) format, where rows are terminated by new line characters. For example, data in your file could be entered/edited by any text editor (or exported from your email client) and should look like this:

john_doe@hotmail.com,John,Doe,+16041112222
JaneSmith@somewhere.com,Jane,Smith,+3812146499
superman@fastmail.org,Clark,Kent,+381321469

There are only few rules that you need to follow:

1. Your data file should be saved in text (.txt) format
2. Fields must be separated with commas
3. Order of fields must be
   1. Email address
   2. First Name
   3. Last Name
   4. Cell phone number
4. Lines must be terminated by new line character; that means, if you are editing the file in notepad, you need to press the enter key after entering the cell phone number.
5. Numbers must be in International format (start with "+", add country code and then local number without the leading "0")

Note, please ensure there are no extra spaces or line breaks at the end of your file.
